It is with great excitement that I write to you about my partnership with the James Real Estate Group and their Divorce and Real Estate Services Division. As a practicing family law attorney and mediator there are a lot of factors and decisions that go into a dissolution of marriage. One of the larger concerns is what to do with the real property and how to evaluate it. I was shocked to learn that there were many components to this real estate evaluation that I was unaware of. Even further, I learned that even the savviest real estate brokers and appraisers are missing certain key components in their evaluations as well. Our team is uniquely positioned in this space to provide comprehensive insight into the valuation and the many other aspects that are involved in analyzing a property. This approach is absolutely necessary and will be of tremendous help to everyone that has real estate and is navigating the divorce process.
There are many traditional methods that attempt to give good analysis but most lack a full knowledge of the real estate asset. The team here is phenomenal and the methods that are used are exceptional. The level of detail, coupled with a neutral approach allows the Divorce and Real Estate Services team to help couples in the most litigious situations. The work product can be used in mediation, arbitration, or at trial if necessary. After co-sponsoring Open Sections Night with the Washington State Bar Association, the James Real Estate Group is at the forefront of a changing legal market. These are exciting times before us all and I look forward to helping many people with their family law issues.
