CoreLogic released its National Foreclosure Report for February, 2014, reporting 43,000 completed foreclosures for the month, a 13.1% decrease from January, 2014. Yearly, foreclosures declined 15% from February, 2013. Comparatively, foreclosures averaged 21,000 per month before the housing crisis from 2000 to 2006.
