The James Real Estate Group is licensed with TEC Real Estate in Bellevue, WA. Terry was recently recognized as the “Top Producer” for TEC Real Estate. He is a Member of the National Association of Realtors and a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), as conferred through the prestigious SRS Council, LLP. Mr. James has recently stepped down as the Vice President of Business Development for Axia Financial to lead the continued development of the James Real Estate Group’s business platform. Mr. James previously served as CEO for CARE Lending LLC. As the founder of CARE Lending, Mr. James led his company in developing the mortgage and real estate planning platform that the James Real Estate Group utilizes as its foundation for client management and business development. Mr. James has facilitated the closing of over $130 million dollars in real estate transactions since 2004. Mr. James has over ten years experience in the Financial Services arena. He has been a Licensed Financial Advisor and Registered Investment Advisor for Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and UBS Financial Services. Mr. James has held numerous Financial Services, Mortgage Financing and Real Estate Licenses including: Investment Securities (Series 7, 63, 65 and 31), Insurance, Designated Mortgage Broker, Mortgage Loan Originator License and Washington Real Estate License. He also has a diversified background in Real Estate Investments including: Managing client participation in Private Equity Real Estate Transactions with Blackstone Capital Partners while at UBS; Consultant work for various Real Estate Investment (REI) groups; and personal investment in various real estate projects. Terry formed the *James Real Estate Group* to bring together a team of highly qualified professionals with vast experience in multiple fields of study that are essential to providing clients with comprehensive advice in relation to Real Estate. This team is focused on providing clients with unparalleled service and quality advice that exceed the customary expectations of a real estate experience. Mr. James proudly serves as a Board Member on the Corporate Leadership Council (CLC) for Children’s Hospital and has been a proud supporter of Children’s and the Odessa Brown Clinic for years. Additionally, Mr. James was recently invited to be on the Board of Trustees for the University of Washington Office of Minority Affairs and Diversity (OMA/D), Friends of the Educational Opportunity Program Mr. James is also a member of the Columbia Tower Club in Seattle, WA. He completed his study of Political Science at Pacific University and Lewis & Clark College. He is married to wife, Sheree James, and they have two children, Malakai and Maliyah.

Jeff joined the James Real Estate Group after providing almost a decade of service to his real estate clients in the greater Seattle area. “Serving People” is what Jeff has been known for throughout his real estate career and he brings with him not only a wealth of knowledge in real estate, but a passion for impacting the lives of the clients that he serves. Joining the James Real Estate Group provides Jeff the opportunity to be a part of a “team” committed to serving the needs of its clients through providing quality service and trusted real estate advice while enabling him to be an advocate for the client by working diligently to ensure that their needs are met throughout the transaction and beyond. After completing an illustrious career at the University of Washington where Jeff was the “all-time” leading scorer and a 2004 Washington Husky Hall of Fame Inductee, Jeff spent 13 successful years in the National Football League where he played for the Oakland Raiders, Chicago Bears and the Cleveland Browns. He is tenure in the NFL was marked by Pro Bowl Appearances and All-Pro Recognition. The experiences gained throughout Jeff’s career in College and Professional Sports provides him a unique skill set that has transitioned perfectly into managing real estate transactions and client relationships. As a Seattle native, Jeff completed his studies at the University of Washington and has remained here after finishing his career in the NFL. Jeff has been married for over 18 years to Angela and has two daughters, Brook and Lexi, and resides in Sammamish.

After graduating from the University of Washington in 1989 with a degree in Business administration, he worked for a local construction company focusing on commercial construction. Mr. Calixto has owned and operated Construction businesses in the Pacific Northwest for over 18 years. His experience in the construction industry ranges from public works commercial construction to residential construction. He has done complete remodels of homes to minor repair work and has extensive knowledge in all facets of the construction process. Mr. Calixto has also been a successful real estate investor for the past 15 years and owns several rental properties in the Puget Sound area. He has purchased raw land and developed condominiums; purchased foreclosured homes at auction, remodeled the homes and sold them. He has also developed single family homes, building entire projects from the ground up. Mr. Calixto extensive background and history in the real estate and construction business adds tremendous value and keen insight to the James Real Estate Group and the clients it serves.
