The James Real Estate Group believes it is vital to give back to the community that we serve. The recent economic downturn has made it an even greater priority to be committed to reinvesting in our local community. Many families have been displaced from their homes and have lost their jobs due to due to the decline of our housing market and economy. Those most greatly impacted during these times are children. So at the James Real Estate Group, we have aligned our business efforts with our philanthropic goals by placing the focus of our efforts on benefiting the University of Washington Scholarship Programs and Seattle Children’s Hospital.

In an effort to make a difference in our local community, the James Real Estate Group has created our philanthropy program called “The James Real Estate Group CARE’s Program”. On every real estate and mortgage transaction that we complete, our team will make a financial donation, made from our team on behalf of our clients, to one of the programs that we have committed to support. Clients will have the opportunity to select which charitable organization they want to direct our financial contribution to support. There will be no financial obligation or commitment required from our clients to participate in our charitable efforts. Additionally, throughout the year we will be participating in or volunteering at various charitable events and activities designed to raise money for the charities we support. Together, with your help, we can turn every day real estate transactions into charitable dollars that will make a difference in the lives of others. Thank you for your continued support.
